Delay Timer
When the RED LED is on, No power is on the timer. When the
GREEN LED is on, Power is available on the timer. If an aquarium suffers a
power outage and is reconnected, the skimmer may overflow because the sump’s
water level may change. The timer will delay power to the skimmer for 5 minutes
once the power is reconnected.
