We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Certain items — particularly larger equipment such as chillers, sumps, and protein skimmers — may require 5–7 business days to process and ship.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Oversize Item Surcharge

Due to their size, weight, and special packaging requirements, the following product categories carry an additional oversize shipping surcharge of $24.99 on top of the standard weight-based rate. The surcharge will be displayed on the product page and reflected in your order total at checkout.

Oversize items ship via UPS only.


Shipping Carriers

  • Standard items — Ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on weight and destination.
  • Oversize & heavy items — Ship via UPS only.

Delivery Areas

Contiguous United States (Lower 48)

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Standard rates apply.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available but requires an additional carrier surcharge. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote for your destination.

International

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Important: If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and all packaging materials immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard any packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim.

For lost or missing packages, please contact us and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.


Returns & Exchanges

All returns require prior approval. Do not ship any item back without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your RA number.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Manufacturer Warranty Items

Many of the products we carry are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer and cannot be processed as returns through Poseidon's Realm.
