Behavior
A hardy, hardy-feeding and relatively peaceful basslet-like predator. Holds a territory among the rockwork and is generally well behaved apart from hunting bite-sized tankmates. An excellent, colorful Atlantic species that adapts quickly to aquarium life.
Diet & Feeding
Mysis, enriched brine, chopped shrimp, clam and pellet; feeds eagerly.
Cautions
Will eat ornamental shrimp and fish small enough to swallow. Otherwise undemanding.
