Diademichthys lineatus

Identification	A slender, elongated clingfish, dark maroon-brown with bright yellow lengthwise stripes and a long snout. It shelters among the spines of long-spined urchins or in branching corals.

Behavior

A fascinating tiny fish that hides among urchin spines or Acropora branches, using a ventral sucker to cling. Peaceful and best treated as a nano oddball specimen.

Diet & Feeding

Micro-carnivore. Offer small meaty foods, copepods and baby brine; it also picks at small crustaceans.

Cautions

Tiny and easily outcompeted — a nano or peaceful tank only, ideally with a long-spined urchin or Acropora to associate with. It is known to nibble the tube feet of its host urchin and pick at small ornamental shrimp.
