| Origin | Western Pacific — Indonesia, Philippines |
| Minimum Tank Size | 30 gallons |
| Reef Compatible | Yes |
Behavior
One of the most strikingly colored dottybacks. Hardy and bold, it holds its own with larger fish despite its small size. Active and visible — not a hider like some pseudochromis species. A great choice for adding a pop of yellow to a reef.
Diet & Feeding
Carnivore. Offer frozen mysis, brine shrimp, and quality small pellets. A good eater that rarely refuses food.
Cautions
Aggressive toward other dottybacks and similar-sized shy fish. Keep only one per tank.
