Behavior
A hardy Red Sea butterfly — sturdier than many of its relatives — that grazes rock and coral. Generally peaceful, but like most Chaetodon it samples coral polyps and small invertebrates.
Diet & Feeding
Omnivore. Offer mysis, enriched brine, marine preparations and some algae; it weans onto frozen readily.
Cautions
Nips LPS, soft corals, zoanthids and clam mantles — not a reef fish. Give it varied food and open swimming room.
