Behavior
A hardy, elegant bannerfish that swims openly in midwater and is often kept in pairs or small groups. Peaceful with fish, but unlike the common Heniochus it grazes coral polyps more readily.
Diet & Feeding
Omnivore. Offer mysis, enriched brine, marine preparations and dried algae/nori.
Cautions
Will nip LPS, soft corals and zoanthids — a riskier reef prospect than the common Heniochus. Needs open swimming room.
