Behavior
The Splitfin Anthias is a small, active schooling anthias best kept in a group, where it forms a shimmering, constantly-moving shoal in open water. Peaceful and reef safe, it does best with strong flow and frequent feedings.
Diet & Feeding
Planktivore with a fast metabolism. Feed small amounts of mysis, enriched brine, and zooplankton 3-4 times daily.
Cautions
Needs frequent feeding and is best kept in groups. An active swimmer that requires open space and strong flow. A tight lid is essential — anthias jump. Peaceful and reef safe.
