Behavior
A bold and personable Atlantic basslet with a striking harlequin pattern. Curious and active, often comes to the front of the tank. Simultaneous hermaphrodite like other serranids.
Diet & Feeding
Carnivore. Feeds on small fish and crustaceans in the wild; accepts mysis, enriched brine, and meaty frozen foods in captivity.
Cautions
Will eat small ornamental shrimp and very small fish. Not suitable with dwarf shrimp.
