Behavior
A hardy, slow, curious filefish that hovers and drifts among algae and rock, changing color to blend in. Peaceful, but can pick at sessile invertebrates. Best in a FOWLR or fish-focused tank.
Diet & Feeding
Mysis, enriched brine, chopped seafood and marine algae; feeds readily.
Cautions
A slow feeder that is easily outcompeted; may nip corals and clams.
