Behavior
A hardy, characterful hawkfish that perches openly on rock and coral, darting out to seize food. Bold and easy to keep, but can be territorial toward other hawkfish and small bottom-dwellers. Provide prominent perching rock.
Diet & Feeding
Mysis, enriched brine, chopped shrimp and other meaty frozen foods; readily accepts prepared items.
Cautions
Will hunt small shrimp and may harass tiny gobies; keep one hawkfish per tank.
