Behavior
This species makes an excellent marine aquarium fish because it is hardy and will accept a variety of prepared foods. It can be very aggressive, particularly as it grows in size, thus keeping very passive fish with the Four Stripe Damselfish is extremely difficult. It is an ideal fish for a cycling aquarium because the fish is both hardy and inexpensive.
Diet & Feeding
omnivore, and primarily feeds on Zooplankton and algae. Offer a variety of foods such as frozen foods, various flake and pellet foods.

May act aggressively towards timid fish
