Behavior
Great fish for hobbyists at all levels. It will spend most of the time peering from holes and crevices, especially in well illuminated tanks. Will stake out a territory and chase out other cardinal fish that intrude.
Diet & Feeding
Meaty foods, including marine fishes, crustacean flesh, mysis shrimp and frozen preparations.
Cautions
May eat small fish that would fit in its’ mouth.
