Behavior
Personable and intelligent; one of the most interactive fish in the hobby. Can recognize its keeper. Bites with powerful beak.
Diet & Feeding
Carnivore. Feed hard-shelled invertebrates to wear down beak — shrimp (shell on), crab, clam. Also frozen meaty foods.
Cautions
Will eat all invertebrates and nip at corals. Strong beak can damage equipment.
