Behavior
A colorful, bold damsel with the typical feisty personality of the genus. Defends a territory aggressively relative to its size. Hardy and long-lived. The warm honey-orange coloration is unusual and attractive among damsels.
Diet & Feeding
Omnivore. Grazes on algae and picks at small invertebrates. Offer a varied diet of frozen mysis, brine shrimp, spirulina, and quality omnivore pellets.
Cautions
Territorial — may harass smaller or shyer tank mates. Best with fish that can hold their own.
