Behavior
Semi-aggressive toward other tangs; peaceful with other fish types. Requires excellent water quality and high oxygen levels.
Diet & Feeding
Herbivore. Provide nori sheets, spirulina, and algae-based prepared foods; supplement with mysis.
Cautions
Sensitive to water quality; one of the more challenging tangs. HLLE (head and lateral line erosion) prone if nutrition is inadequate.
