Return Authorization Required
To request a return authorization, contact us at with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in original, unused condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must have a valid Return Authorization number
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
- Items covered under a manufacturer warranty (see below)
- Special order or custom items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number. Poseidon's Realm is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be denied.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- A restocking fee may apply to certain items at our discretion
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A description of the issue
Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Manufacturer Warranty Items
Many of the products we carry — including equipment from major aquarium brands — are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. These items must be handled directly through the manufacturer's warranty process and cannot be returned to Poseidon's Realm under the warranty.
