Behavior
They are cute as juveniles and hardy enough to be used in starting new aquariums, but can grow into a real terror in a community tank. Young specimens can be kept in a group but as adults they will fight, unless they are a male-female pair.
Diet & Feeding
Meaty foods, including Krill, Mysis Shrimp, and vitamin enriched brine.
Cautions
Will also fight other damselfish and will pick on docile tank mates. Best kept in a moderately aggressive community tank with larger dottybacks, angelfish, triggerfish, and puffers.
